There are a number of different options you can choose to whiten your teeth. We provide take home bleaching packages with custom made trays. The dentist will take an impression of your teeth which will give you the most accurate application of bleach to your teeth. Alternatively, we can also provide you with off the shelf ready made trays to be used at home.
You should have a dental check-up every 6 -12 months. The frequency depends on your dental health and your individual circumstances.
You should get your teeth professionally cleaned because it is the best way to access those hard to reach areas of your mouth. This means removing plaque and tartar in hard to reach areas which may put you at risk of tooth decay and gum disease.
A dentist can provide you with a nightguard (splint) that will provide protection for your teeth. A nightguard is custom made to fit your teeth accurately. That means when you grind your teeth the nightguard protects them from being damaged.
